Anybody experience the new process for entering the TSA Pre security line? Do you have direct access to the front of the line? Does an EWR contract employee take you to the front?
Checked in at EWR a few days ago.
After checking in, I took the elevator on the left of the counters down one level to TSA Pre. When the elevator opened, there was a contract employee waiting. She escorted me to the private line (the same one as before) which takes you to the head of the line. Pretty simple and easy.
