I too travel this route often in F, and I choose the most convenient schedule. Most times I prefer the night flights (881 or 883) and 880 on the return. I have had US Crews and HK crews that were exceptional in friendliness and service. Frankly, I have not experienced a poor US based crew as some have or imply. The US F crews on my flights have been top notch.
