I m thinking of booking return business saver tickets (value plus) on ANA (non-award revenue tickets). The fare conditions for value plus say that changes are not permitted, but refunds are, with a fee. I checked on the ANA website that the refund charge is 430yen per sector. This seems extremely cheap, am i missing something? That's less than usd$5? If i wanted to change the dates, i could simply cancel, pay a small nominal fee and rebook?
