Anchorage for sure. As to the other, I'm going to say Ketchikan but suspect you might have chosen this question because service was still out at Annette Island or Metlakatla or some such. I flew through the new airport at KTN in 1977 but am not sure when it opened. I do know WA was operating 720Bs into Annette Island.

24. In the summer of 1982 this airline was operating direct service from Grand Cayman (GCM) to Detroit (DTW) six days a week with two stops being made en route. Identify the air carrier, the two stops and the aircraft.

This sure sounds like Republic, operating over the old Southern Airways authority into GCM. Aircraft was likely a DC-9-50 routing GCM-MIA-MEM-DTW
18. Ah, it was not Ketchikan or Annette Island. As you may recall, the CAB in their wisdom had revoked Western's authority to serve not only Annette Island but also Juneau with Alaska Airlines replacing Western on specific routes from ANN and JNU formerly operated by WA. I'm sure Western was a bit more than nonplussed by this CAB decision following their acquisition of Pacific Northern and PNA's small fleet of B720 and Constellation aircraft as Pacific Northern had been serving ANN and JNU prior to the merger. WA made this statement at the time concerning their former service to Ketchikan via Annette Island as well as Juneau: "Service temporarily suspended by order of the Civil Aeronautics Board". So we are looking for another destination in Alaska here.

24. Republic operating a DC-9-50 is correct! However, this flight did not stop in Memphis (MEM) so please refine your guess, sir!
