ROS is not great in comparison to other BKK options, but it has redeeming features -- I don't mind the club, and watching the river can be fun. Of course I only stay here if I can get a BRG of THB2200-2500++, and for that kind of money it's absolutely ok. Take a look at the property thread for more detailed discussion.
