It is certainly OK for there to be multiple tickets and it may just be an interface/display issue for the second ticket. Having 2 tickets for a redemption isn't that common unless there were multiple airlines/sectors which at RFS would be unusual but I can't see the details of the flights. If the outbound looks OK (and there is a 125 number on the App) then I'd be inclined to leave it, then either ask at the departure airport for them to have a quick look at the return, or to see whether CMT shows the right information after departure. If you can't OLCI at T-24 then ring straight away.
