Visited on 12/16 for an early morning flight LAX-JFK flight. After checking your boarding pass, the agent will hand you a black card/flyer that acts as your admission. After walking upstairs, someone will come to greet you and escort you to the flagship lounge on the left (AC is on the right) and explain where everything is located.

On my visit, the staff seem pretty excited and enthused when introducing the flagship lounge. The agent who showed me around mentioned that it only opened two days prior. The lounge itself had a small breakfast buffet with normal American breakfast fare (eggs, sausage, fruit, charcuterie, cheese, etc) and for some reason sushi (which wasn't terrible) as well as a full bar. The wait staff was surprisingly attentive and pro-actively offered to clear finished plates in a fairly timely manner.

Overall, I was rather impressed with the service and level of organization in the lounge considering it had just opened a couple days before.
