New WiFi low on my MDW-SNA flight yesterday(700 series plane). Started out fine, not much lag (mostly checking emails and facebook) and then about 2 or so hours in the typical 20 second plus page lag starts then I get the 'ole 'your iPad is not connected to the internet'. Go to settings/WiFi and no networks found but I see the light on. So after about 15 minutes the network is back but now WN says I never paid for access. So then I tried to watch some free TV and even that froze a few times and then I just gave up. I've lost connections before on WN flights but this was the first time it came back and claimed I never paid for access in the first place.
Email sent to WN for refund. We'll see what their retort is.
