I assume she means the $5 Target e-card for 5 caps? I think everyone has that offer as every as everyone I know has that offer(which includes people excluded from the 2 AMC ticket for 1 cap offer and no free $5 Amazon in their unclaimed rewards) . You do need to click on rewards and scroll down in order to have it show up.
