the years that I had star gold access with Turkish I had always entered the UA domestic clubs with a UA reservation crediting to mileage plus and presenting my Turkish star gold card at the entrance for admittance. I always prefaced that this card(Turkish)is for access only. They would slide the card all my information would propagate on their screen and they would let me and never an issue in a few easy steps.. except one time and agent had an issue and for some reason changed my mileage plus credit from United to Turkish. I caught that on the re-printed boarding pass and ask them to change it back to United which they did..
