Wuyishan was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1999 for both its subtropical forest and cultural heritage. Considered a sacred place by the emperors since the Han dynasty, today it attracts tourist hordes who arrive by a convenient new high-speed train connection.

Look up at the giant screen to see how many people have gone in and where they are. Regardless, it would be crowded everywhere.
