The purchase is also governed by the laws of Ontario, and any disputes are subject to arbitration. In other words, if you don't get your points, you can't sue AY in Finland, but instead have to go against a Canadian firm in Canada under the laws of Ontario.



It is of course highly questionable whether the Ontario law clause and arbitration clause are enforceable. Regardless of this, it shows just how much AY cares about its customers by teaming up with a partner that basically offer zero consumer protection.
