It is of course highly questionable whether the Ontario law clause and arbitration clause are enforceable. Regardless of this, it shows just how much AY cares about its customers by teaming up with a partner that basically offer zero consumer protection.
Isn't this what almost all airlines and hotel chains do? I mean, every time I have bought point/miles, it's been from Points.com.
