Hello -

A friend of mine missed a connecting flight because immigrations lines were huge at FRA. All of the flights were on time. Is there any recourse? Usually in situations like that I am able to get the airline to make new flight arrangements without any fees, but the hotel/expenses I'm stuck with. But, maybe there are some EU policies?
