Does anyone have a good customer service contact person / email for Alaska?
Trying to confirm treatment of change fees after Jan 1 for tickets purchased with the Virgin Premium Credit Card.
Have called, used web forms, sent smoke signals, etc. But no response. Time is now starting to run out and a bit worried.
Any recommendations on how to approach Alaska appreciated. I am new to them (and hoping for the best given Virgins previously excellent customer care).
