Here on Christmas Eve, on duty Christmas Day at 0500 so early start. Got nice email as they seem to have worked out I was the one who cycled from London to Russia, and just seen room changed from Standard to One Bed Suite

Good news on the upgrade, couldn't happen to a nicer person, especially as you have to work on Christmas day...hope you have a great stay and a good shift.
We stayed a couple of nights a while ago and although we didn't get an upgrade, the staff were wonderful and made the stay another excellent occasion.
