The website says:
Passengers: The recipient of this discount code must be one of the travelers . Discount is valid for up to 7 people traveling together and booked and ticketed at the same time in the same reservation and at the same fare. .
Is this not true? Doesn't say anything about the owner of the cert NOT traveling but paying for the ticket. I like your definition better as it's more liberal. ^
