My TSA approved lock was cut in LAX. going from CX HKG-LAX, had to reclaim luggage and check it in at LAX-AUS. Turned in the bags, asked if it was locked, told them yes, with a TSA approved lock, showed the guy, and by the time it got to AUS, the lock was gone.
