Unless you had a very good reason to film inside a terminal I would not do it. LHR has some amazing security precautions and you probably don't want to be approached by a soldier carrying an automatic weapon asking you what you are doing. Try to be a hero / wiseass or one of those that say 'I can do what I want' and you can find yourself being detained. Get into legal trouble in an airport, and it can haunt you for a long time.
