Trying to submit expenses on line for flight cancellation. BA flights booked via BA but my AA number is on ticket.
Page 1 asks for Executive Club number so I log in as guest.
Fill in all my details including booking ref
Next to final page lists last four digits of AA number with no ability to delete or alter.
Subsequently will not proceed further because of 'incorrect' executive club number.
Yet....I submitted as guest and not excutive club member.
Any ideas????
