Why can't Etihad ever post my miles to my guest account correctly?
Are they just incapable of getting guest miles posted properly. It seems that every time I fly Etihad, all or most of my miles are not posted to my guest account and I have to go through the hassle of scanning my boarding passes and requesting credit. My guest account number is included with my booking and I always present my guest card when I check in. This is so annoying.
