I generally avoid Heathrow as much as possible, and T5 even more. The security staff is a big part of that. A very big part of that. The worst part is how the people that do the extra screening of bags seems to take pleasure in making people wait, and gleefully announce it when waiting time is 20 to 30 minutes. T5 is a horror for this, T3 less so, and T2 the least bad.. I always find it interesting that the BA terminal is the worst and the Star Alliance terminal the "best". Are other airlines more harsh with HAL?

However, I had my first experience of the First Wing, and it worked really well. Maybe due to time of day, but the staff was nice and pleasant. It was the first time I clicked the smiley for 'How was your experience?'
