I would believe the RA qualification has some weight in the fact if guest is using paid hotel facilities (signature restaurants, getting sloshed at the hotel bar, order shopping purchases via hotel % pay out system etc.
Roomrates have fixed costs and profits but it is the variable services where hotels can put their upcharge pricing which in term can put value on guests.
