Surprised to see this. While Zhongxiao Fuxing area is convenient from logistics point of view, there is nothing much around apart from three SOGO branches and a central Eslite branch. Might be noisy due to a nearby highway.
LM and W are located on the same blue line, but area is much more pleasing and better looking. Got plenty of street food there (Tonghua nightmarket, Yongchun street and a bit further, but still walkable, another market), several nice malls (from upscale Bellavita to general Mitsukoshi), the best cinema, better night clubs, plenty of restaurants. Much better looking in the evening with all illumination around Mitsukoshi–Walsin area.

With comparable price I'd opt for W or LM without a second thought. There is also a direct airport bus from City Hall, though it may take 10–20 min more than from Zhongxiao.
