How about the underground transit walkways? Almost nobody down there, and plenty of space for the child to either run around or sit in a quiet corner on his own, whichever he prefers. Take the lift by the transit trains, but go down to -4 level.
Having an autistic daughter, this was going to be my suggestion. Space to move without having to be kept a hold of. Generally quiet so they are free to roam before the flight. Just check out how to get back if you end up in T5B Lounge.
