Quiet space/room at LHR T5 prior to a flight

My sister's travelling next year on a BA flight from T5 with her 4 year old who's on the autistic spectrum. It's his first flight. She's doing all she can to prepare him and avoid a meltdown at all costs. As is the case for many kids who have autism, busy and noisy spaces can be a problem.

I think their flight's around midday-ish.

Is there a quiet space or even a room they could go to? I'm not talking lounge access. Someone mentioned to me there was a room at T5 where they might be able to go but I've never heard of it. Does anyone know?

Aside from the airport, I've said to my sister to make sure they get to the gate in good time to pre-board. I think this will be key in the little one keeping his cool.

Any other tips are most welcome.
