Staff are inefficient, rude, most don't appear to speak English, they don't manage the queues and they had no trays for the scanning machines. Passengers were shouted at to go one way then the other, for no apparent reason. It took an hour to pass through security and it wasn't busy at all, and all passengers in front of me seemed to be seasoned travellers who knew how to behave at airports. I don't know what's happened here but they could take lessons from T5, where I routinely give positive feedback.
Really? I used SFO T2 security a few weeks ago and I was through in under a minute. Granted, this was TSA Pre, no queue and very friendly agents. It was very early morning also.
Other experiences at SFO have been similar.
