What would one do at an EMV enabled gas pump where the attendant is required to pump the gas for you? Do these pumps even have the GS TV features etc since you're sitting in the car, not able to watch the TV screen on the pump anyway?
It's been a bit since I've driven in Oregon but from what I remember, I either had to go inside to pay or they took my card inside. I don't think there were any readers outside though I could be mistaken.
