Discover used to send us the card solicitation at least once per week for almost 2 years. It finally stops despite we have not applied its card. . The soft pulls on our credit reports are ridiculous though - apparently it did a soft pull then generated a solicitation, each week... They also came in all different color flashy envelopes. Took about 2 years but it finally automatically stopped. I have not received anything for almost 3 months now.
