I had an EasyPay card, but my credit card was hit by fraud and re-issued. As I live 1,000 miles away from NYC, I discovered this the hard way ... when the card was rejected for lack of $$.

So I went to the office on Stone Street. There they told me not to bother with the EasyPay card; instead, issued me a 'regular' senior citizen photo card. When it expired, they sent me a new one. Works fine, but I cannot find how much $$ remains on it until I get back to the city. :-(
