Not that I know of. The only way that I'm aware is that Avis Chairman's Club status offers this benefit. Otherwise, it would cost them massive amounts of labor/money instead of having everyone ride the train. You *might* be able to have the check-in agent get a valet, or offer a $20 tip or something and it might happen, but nothing is certain.
