I sadly do not eat pizza, it makes me sneeze. I was unable to establish a consensus for Pizzology so everyone went to Julia on Carrera 5 which is fantastic stone baked pizza (I remember from my days before I made the pizza and sneezing connection) In the short term your pizza needs can be satisfied there, you are unlikely to be disappointed.

There's a tapas bar just around the corner from the Artisan DC too. It is imaginatively named "Bar de Tapas" and their morcilla de Burgos with a poached egg on top is a deadly nibble. For anyone that wants a bar that you can belly up to with some familiar bar snacks then Gordo is worth a walk in Carrera 4A. Closed at 11pm or midnight on Fri and Sat despite what it says on TripAdvisor
