Mrs Y and I flew F to DXB in September, all nicely tagged up (yellow for F). First off the aircraft, flew through immigration, and quick to the baggage belt. Bags began to arrive, but waited... and waited.... but not ours. Found someone from the BA ground crew, pointed out how disappointed I was to be kept waiting and was then led to the section next to the belt where they neatly line up all the priority bags. Only two suitcases were left waiting to be claimed. ahem. A quick "thank you" and we were on the way to our hotel..
