It does gall me when everything is OK, but as stated above, the agent is just too d*amn lazy to scroll down and read comments that their collegues have put in the bloddy PNR.
I don't think we've done a trans-atlantic with out some sort of hiccup. Granted they generally get sorted out, but there's no stinking need. I call, double check everything is OK, but then they still mull over the reservation at the check-in desk, like they are some omnipotent diety disbeileves the work of others in the same company. And of course, the guilty party is me, who is obviously trying to pull a fast one on them
