The last time I was at LGA the construction was so bad that it was impossible to walk between the DL terminals and the Centurion lounge. To make it much worse, the buses connecting the terminals were forced to exit the airport in their loop around, so that it was a very long bus ride to cover a distance that's normally a five or ten minute walk, even with luggage. I remember we stopped at some off-airport parking garage to drop off a few people, where there was some sort of airline business office, but I don't remember the streets we used, just the gridlocked traffic.
