I usually arrive one hour before departure and have some time to spend at the AF lounge. Passport control and check-in are OK most of the time. Security check at the gate can be very long, especially when the gate has been opened late due to the previous flight being delayed. My experience is nevertheless limited to 4 flights over the last 2 months and YMMV.
