We're all slowly deplaning. Suddenly the line comes to a standstill because the person in front of me has signalled someone still sitting in his seat, making no sign of moving, to get up. So we all stand and wait while the pax slowly rises, puts his jacket on removes his things from under the seat, packs things up, maybe decides it's a great time to swim upstream a few rows to get his bag from the overhead...

If someone is still sitting in their seat making no indication that they are ready to get up and move, then keep on going, for Pete's sake. I've even seen someone gesture to the line-holder to keep moving, but no, Mr. Uber-polite gestures that he (and everyone behind him) is cool with waiting.
