Obviously with avios and zika you are left with limited options. You may have to be creative with routings or compromise on something else. Phoenix and Arizona in general, is a lovely temperature and plenty of ways to connect to get there. I often go to Scottsdale at that time of year and there are some boutique hotels there. You could also then head to Sedona for a few days. Otherwise the Middle East in warm and Zika free but not that easy on the resort vs boutique hotels. If you aren't worried about the political situation I love Jordan. You could do the Dead Sea (warm). Petra (cool) and then Aqaba (warm) for example. Further afield South Africa or Namibia are options but tricky on miles although you could connect via somewhere else and just pay for a connection. Namibia has lots of boutique hotels and great safaris.
