Thank you SK AAR and dsqaured37! When we arrived I proceeded straight downstairs after customs to the green superich and indeed got the 32.52 rate. We were in J and had the premium lane pass through customs. Luckily I didn't get caught in a long line although shortly after getting in line (2 people were ahead of me), quite the line formed behind me. I did have a $20 which had a slight stain on it which they rejected, at first I thought it a bit strange but not worried about it, I was after all able to change what I needed.
