Excellent service from the hotel again, as they upgraded my one night stay to a suite. The staff at the lounge also did some magic and got buss tickets to Narita next morning even though it was (apparently) sold out. Took some calls, but happy to not have to pay a taxi.

Have to say that the service here are consistent and as HHD this hotel is my preferred choice in Tokyo.
