Do you think I should mention I spoke to a supervisor in the email? I especially would like to know if it's true about this "memo" she said they received last week, or if she just made it up.
I'm just so appalled at the way I was spoken to by her, it's a first for me. I'd love to get her in trouble. Of course, this could make it worse for my case.
But curious, how can they let this reservation stay the way it is if it really is an illegal connection? What if I wasn't someone who checks the rules and constantly reads FT? What if I was a regular person who assumed this was fine and I tried to check my bags in SIN?
How is the website not catching this?
I guess I'm still a bit upset -- I better wait to write that email ; )
