Had the card since it was a USAirways card, and paid the annual fee each year.
Charged about $19K to the card last year.
No retention offers. Only offer was to downgrade.
Cancelled the card, as I also have a Citi Executive MC that I've had since they began issuing them.

Not a big deal in the least bit that there were no retention offers. The only reason I hung onto the card this long was for trips to Europe (pin based transactions at self-serve kiosks).
