Indeed - the article on the Times mobile app has a map with it in the same place as the graphic on the Heathrow Expansion website - basically on top of the existing airport perimeter road, between T5A and the M25.

This would make for some long taxi distances though - it would logically make a lot of sense to build something between the existing North and new Third runways...
