Thinking further on this, since recently I have been primarily redeeming RC for PnS coupons for my own use, this app does add value because, presumably, paying off my overall bill in part using RC (which was not previously possible AFAIK) doesn't reduce the amount of RC I will get from the constituent transactions, whereas previously buying PnS coupons reduced the amount of RCs I would get from PnS transactions. So by using the app I do, in effect, get a few extra RCs each month (maybe ~10RC).
