Quick update:

Was able to use the KAL lounge with no problem. Just showed my boarding pass stating a JL flight number and my AA PLT card.

I even could board with Sky Priority, though this one took a bit of negotiation with the gate agent...at first she dismissed me saying my status was with OW and not ST, but I pointed out that my boarding pass had a OW airline's flight number.
