I'm not sure I understand the complaint. I have yet to be on a plane where there isn't a crush of people pressing on all sides in the aisle once the seat belt sign is turned off. Some people literally can't stand up and grab their bags because the aisle is already full.

It already seems like a free for all with people shoving their cases against the back of your legs while you duck and try to avoid being hit by other bags coming out from the bins. Then again, I am short. Perhaps if I were taller, my experience would be different.
