For those MVPG's out of SEA that wish to "grab" some upgraded / upgradeable at time of booking flights (before the "new" rules go into effect 1/1/2004) from Feb 17 - May 27, there are some very decent e-deals to Billings, Long Beach, Tucson, Vancouver and San Diego.
