So, I’m really confused. My wife is an MVP. I checked her in about two hours before her flight. She appeared about 6th in the upgrade list. I went back about ten minutes later to change her seat and went through the check in process again. This time I was offered an upgrade for $53. Took it but then reach out to the Twitter team. They told me that you can either purchase an upgrade at check in or wait to see if you get a complimentary one.
