I'd pick a FC on an E175 over coach on a 737. However, an exit row or "Economy Plus" or whatever on the 737 should be fine.

I usually get an aisle seat for the most space but dislike being bumped by people when boarding, as they shuffle past.

I'd pick FC on an E175 with 2x1 seating, and pick a solo seat, for the most space, generally.
