The temporary NY Penn Station location appears to be back for dates in January. My girlfriend was able to grab a date in the middle of the month and it was wide open for dates and times.

Makes me a little nervous as there is no announcement from CBP or United (assuming this is working the same as the summer), but the website allowed her to sign up online. There were only appointments for January available.
