Looking to book a rental for May for a drive from LA to Vegas (stop a Grand Canyon in between). Is there anything I should know in advance before booking this? Is it even too soon to book now? And are these bookings able to be cancelled w/no penalty? Or can I just put it on hold? Sorry for so many questions but I have never booked a car this way with points. I also haven't rented a car in many years. Thanks
